Basic Service Package
Benefits
All CCA residents are required to subscribe to the Basic Service Package (BSP), which includes the help of a community manager who will ensure that the following are provided:
- Arranging add-on care and support services*
- Simple home fixes*
- Activities at the communal spaces
- 24-hour emergency response
- Key card access to individual flats**
- Access to wellness and social activities
*Additional charges apply for add-on services
**Subject to the resident's consent, which would be sought separately.
Pricing for Bukit Batok (Sale-of-Balance Flats 2025)
For the Bukit Batok Sale-of-Balance CCA flats, residents can choose a regular payment plan of either:
1. Payment due every month, plus a 1-year security deposit at the start of the lease; or
2. Payment due every 3 years on an advance basis.
