Vanguard Assisted Living (formerly Atlas Care) is a subsidiary under MOH Holdings, the holding company of Singapore's public healthcare clusters, including public hospitals and polyclinics. 

Following the merger of Atlas Care and Vanguard Healthcare on 1 April 2025, we continue our commitment to deliver social services and facilitates referrals for care services for residents of the Community Care Apartments (CCA). ​

Vanguard Assisted Living works closely with MOH, the Ministry of National Development (MND) and the Housing & Development Board (HDB) to ensure a smooth and pleasant living experience at the CCA.

Through a community-based care model that includes preventive care, social participation, housing support, custodial care, caregiver support and building a sense of purpose, Vanguard Assisted Living strives to bring care to every home and enable ageing-in-place for seniors.
